Digital signage for gyms and studios

Your Instagram posts on the screens in your gym

Class clips, member transformations and coach tips are already on your feed. Loop them on the screens members look at between sets and at check-in.

Reels and results on every screen

Class highlights, PB celebrations, coach tips and challenges play full-screen with captions readable from across the floor. Reels play to the end; carousels show every image.

Several screens, one account

Front desk, floor and studio, each with its own loop

Create one slideshow per screen from the same account: results and offers at check-in, class clips on the floor, a calmer loop in the yoga studio. Each has its own pairing code.

Timetable changes, offers and a review between the posts

Add a slide for a new class with a QR code to book, a member review, or this month's referral offer. They rotate between your posts on the same screen.

Your Instagram posts, on the TV in your waiting room

Turn the screen in your reception, shop window or lobby into a live feed of your work. Nothing to install on the TV: one link, one QR code, and it keeps itself up to date.

1

Connect Instagram

Connect your Instagram Business or Creator account in PostNext.

2

Create the slideshow

One click. All your posts are in; untick any you do not want on the screen.

3

Scan the QR code on the TV

Open the display link on any smart TV, Fire TV, Google TV, a laptop or a Raspberry Pi behind the screen.

Stays fresh on its own

New posts appear on the screen automatically, at the interval you choose.

Never goes dark

Reconnects by itself after a Wi-Fi drop, and keeps playing for 7 days if a monthly renewal fails.

Light enough for a Raspberry Pi

Only the slides on screen are loaded, so a small kiosk computer or a TV browser runs it all day.

Captions, videos and carousels

Reels play through, carousels show every image, and captions read well from across the room.

Put it on your screen

Each slideshow uses 25 AI credits a month from your PostNext plan.

Instagram signage for gyms: questions

Screens, sound, several screens and price.

Do Reels play with sound?

They play muted by default, which is what a gym floor needs. Captions stay on so the message reads without audio.

Can I run different content on different screens?

Yes. Create one slideshow per screen from the same Instagram account, tick different posts and different custom slides for each, and pair each TV with its own code.

Which TV do I need?

Any TV with a browser (Samsung, LG, Android TV), a Fire TV or Google TV stick, or a small computer such as a Raspberry Pi behind the screen. There is nothing to install: you open one link and go fullscreen.

How much does it cost?

Your first screen is free for a week. After that each active slideshow uses 25 AI credits a month from your PostNext plan, and the screen keeps playing for seven days if a renewal fails.
