On paid plans, PostNext looks at how your own X posts performed over the last 90 days, groups their engagement by weekday and hour in your timezone, and shows the three strongest slots in the date picker. Clicking one fills in the time; nothing is scheduled until you confirm.
Can I schedule Twitter threads with images and videos?
Yes. The thread composer chains posts with media on each one, a visual preview and drag-to-reorder, and publishes the whole thread at the scheduled time, each post replying to the one before.
Which X metrics does PostNext track?
Impressions, likes, replies and engagement rate for each post, with reposts and quotes counted in engagement, plus follower growth for the account. Metrics depend on your X API access: if X does not return them, the dashboard marks the channel as limited by the API tier. On paid plans you can export them as CSV or PDF.
Can I upload my brand images and use AI to generate Twitter visuals?
Yes. Upload logos, product photos and other assets to your My Assets library and reuse them in any post. The AI can generate new images from a text prompt, and you can search Unsplash, Pexels and Pixabay without leaving the composer.
How customizable is the AI Twitter content generator's tone?
You pick a tone for the AI from a set of styles, and Brand Profiles store your brand's voice. You can keep several Brand Profiles, and every post stays fully editable before it is scheduled.
Can social media teams collaborate on Twitter content creation?
Yes. PostNext Teams gives you a shared workspace: invite teammates as admins or members, share the calendar and asset library, and route posts through approval, where a draft waits as pending until a reviewer approves it or requests changes.
Is there a free trial for Twitter scheduling before choosing a paid plan?
Yes. Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial of a paid plan (Premium, Business or Teams). It asks for a card and runs on smaller trial limits for channels and AI credits until the first payment. Cancel before it ends and you are not charged, and you keep the free plan: one channel and 10 posts a month.
What are PostNext Twitter scheduler pricing plans?
PostNext has four plans: Free (1 channel, 10 posts and 10 AI credits a month), Premium (15 channels, 150 AI credits), Business (20 channels, 500 AI credits) and Teams (5 channels and 50 AI credits per user, 5-user minimum). Paid plans include up to 1,000 posts a month, bill monthly or yearly, and can be upgraded, downgraded or cancelled at any time.
Is PostNext Twitter automation safe and compliant with Twitter policies?
Yes. PostNext connects through X's official API v2 with OAuth 2.0, so you sign in on X and PostNext never sees or stores your password. Access tokens are encrypted before they are stored, and posts go out through X's official API.
Can I schedule posts to several X accounts with PostNext?
Yes. Connect as many X accounts as your plan's channel limit allows (15 on Premium, 20 on Business, 5 per user on Teams) and schedule for each from the same calendar. Create a separate post for each X account; one post cannot target two X accounts at once yet.
Can I schedule replies on X with PostNext?
Within your own threads, yes: each post in a scheduled thread is published as a reply to the one before. Scheduling a reply to someone else's post, or adding to one of your threads later, is not available yet.
Does PostNext support scheduling X polls inside tweets and threads?
Yes. Open the poll builder in the composer, add 2 to 4 choices of up to 25 characters each, and pick a length from 5 minutes to 7 days (5 minutes, 1 hour, 6 hours, 1 day, 3 days or 7 days). The poll publishes with the post at the scheduled time. A post carries either a poll or media, not both.
Can I bulk-upload X posts from a CSV or spreadsheet?
Yes. Import a CSV with up to 100 rows, each with the text, the date, the channels and one optional media link, and PostNext schedules them in one go.
Can I recycle top-performing X posts on a recurring schedule?
Not as an evergreen queue. You can set any post to repeat on a schedule with Repeat this post, and the analytics show which posts earned the most engagement, so you can choose what is worth repeating.
Can I schedule X (Twitter) polls with multiple options inside threads?
Yes. Add a poll to any post in a thread with 2 to 4 choices and a preset length between 5 minutes and 7 days, and schedule it like any other post. Poll results are read on X: PostNext analytics track impressions, likes and replies, not votes per option.
