Can PostNext AI automatically generate and schedule Instagram posts?

Can I schedule Instagram Posts, carousel posts, and Reels?
Yes. The composer supports carousels of 2 to 10 images or videos and Reels with a caption, and shows how the post will look on Instagram before you schedule it.
Which Instagram metrics does PostNext track?
Reach, likes, comments and engagement rate for each published post, plus follower growth for the account. On paid plans the numbers refresh regularly for recent posts, and you can export them as CSV or PDF.
Can I upload my brand images and use AI to generate Instagram visuals?
Yes. Upload logos, product photos and other assets to your My Assets library and reuse them in any post. The AI can generate new images from a text prompt, the AI carousel builder can place your logo and reference images on slides, and you can search Unsplash, Pexels and Pixabay without leaving the composer.
How customizable is the AI Instagram caption generator's tone?
You pick a tone for each caption from a set of styles, and Brand Profiles store your brand's voice. You can keep several Brand Profiles, and every caption stays fully editable before it is scheduled.
Can social media teams collaborate on Instagram content creation?
Yes. PostNext Teams gives you a shared workspace: invite teammates as admins or members, share the calendar and asset library, and route posts through approval, where a draft waits as pending until a reviewer approves it or requests changes.
Is there a free trial for Instagram scheduling before choosing a paid plan?
Yes. Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial of a paid plan (Premium, Business or Teams). It asks for a card and runs on smaller trial limits for channels and AI credits until the first payment. Cancel before it ends and you are not charged, and you keep the free plan: one channel and 10 posts a month.
What are PostNext Instagram scheduler pricing plans?
PostNext has four plans: Free (1 channel, 10 posts and 10 AI credits a month), Premium (15 channels, 150 AI credits), Business (20 channels, 500 AI credits) and Teams (5 channels and 50 AI credits per user, 5-user minimum). Paid plans include up to 1,000 posts a month, bill monthly or yearly, and can be upgraded, downgraded or cancelled at any time.
Is PostNext Instagram automation safe and compliant with Instagram policies?
Yes. PostNext connects through Instagram's official API with Instagram Login, so you sign in on Instagram and PostNext never sees or stores your password. Access tokens are encrypted before they are stored, and posts go out through Instagram's official publishing API.
Can I schedule a month of Instagram posts in one session?
Yes. Upload several videos and images to your library at once, create each post and drop it onto the calendar or into your posting slots. A CSV import can also create up to 100 posts in one go, one media file per row, and recurring posts repeat on their own.
Does PostNext support scheduling Instagram Stories?
Yes, image Stories: choose Story in the composer, add the image and schedule it. Instagram's API does not publish captions, stickers or links on Stories, so create Stories that need them in the Instagram app. Video Stories are not supported yet.
Can I auto-post the first comment with hashtags on scheduled Instagram posts?
Yes. Add a first comment when composing a post and PostNext publishes it automatically right after the post goes live. This keeps your caption clean while hashtags still drive discovery in the comments.
Can I preview my Instagram post before it goes live?
Yes. The composer shows how the post will look on Instagram on mobile, tablet and desktop, including Story previews, so you can check the crop and the caption before scheduling. A grid preview of upcoming posts is not available yet.
Can I manage several Instagram accounts?
Yes. Connect as many Instagram Business or Creator accounts as your plan's channel limit allows and schedule for each from the same calendar. Create a separate post for each Instagram account; one post cannot target two Instagram accounts at once yet.
Can I schedule Instagram collab posts or tag products?
Not yet. Collab invitations, product tags and location tags are not part of PostNext's Instagram publishing, so add those in the Instagram app. Instagram's own scheduler does not support collab posts or product tags either.
