How many accounts can I connect?

The number of accounts you can connect depends on your plan: Free plans typically allow 3-5 connected accounts, Pro plans allow 10-25 accounts, and Business/Enterprise plans support unlimited account connections. Is my account data secure?

Absolutely! We use industry-standard OAuth 2.0 authentication, which means we never see or store your social media passwords. You authenticate directly with each platform (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), and they provide us with limited access tokens that we store encrypted. You can revoke access at any time from your social media platform settings or from PostNext with one click.

What happens if a connection breaks?

If an account connection breaks (due to password change, token expiration, or platform API issues), you'll receive instant email and in-app notifications. Simply click 're-authenticate' to reconnect the account with one click. Your scheduled content remains safely queued and will publish once you reconnect. We also proactively monitor connections and attempt automatic token refresh before they expire.

Can I configure different posting schedules for each channel?

Yes! Each connected channel has its own configuration settings.
