Brand Profile
Brand Profile
Your brand profile captures the identity and voice of your brand. When you use AI content generation, PostNext draws on this profile to produce posts that fit your brand rather than generic output.
You manage profiles under My Brands in the sidebar. Each brand appears as a card with its name, website, a short description, and the number of channels attached, and you create new ones with Add Brand.
Profile fields
The brand profile includes the following fields:
- Bio - A short description of your brand.
- Brand voice - The tone and style your brand uses when communicating.
- Personality traits - Characteristics that define how your brand comes across.
- Main themes - The topics your brand focuses on.
- Expertise areas - The subjects where your brand has authority.
- Preferred hashtags - Hashtags you want to use consistently across posts.
- Audience size - An indication of the scale of your current audience.
Per-team profile
Each team has its own brand profile. If you manage multiple teams, you can maintain separate profiles for each one.
How the profile is used
The AI content creator reads your brand profile when generating posts. Filling in more fields gives the AI more context and produces more on-brand results. See AI Content for how generation works.
