Content Planners
Content Planners
Content Planners turn a single brief into a steady stream of posts. Instead of writing one post at a time in the composer, a planner generates a series of posts for you and publishes them on a schedule, so a channel stays active without daily effort.
PostNext has three planners, each suited to a different goal:
- Brand Plans - On-brand campaigns tied to a brand profile and channel.
- Influencer Plans - Topic-driven campaigns for a personal or creator account.
- Post Planner - Long-form articles published to your CMS integrations.
How a plan works
Every plan shares the same lifecycle. You choose what to post about and where, set how many posts and over what date range, and the planner drafts each post using AI. Plans appear under the Running tab while they publish and move to Completed when finished. Each plan card shows its channel, date range, how many posts have published, and how many AI credits it has used.
Credits and limits
Planners draw on your account AI credit allowance, the same balance shown in the sidebar. A plan card also displays its own usage, so you can see the cost of a campaign at a glance. See Managing Your Plan and Limits for how credits are counted.
