Engage (Inbox)

Engage is where you follow up on content after it publishes. Open Inbox from the sidebar to see the comments your published posts receive and to browse your published posts, without leaving PostNext.

Comment inbox

The inbox aggregates comments from your published Instagram posts across the channels in your team. For each comment you can write a reply, which is posted back to the platform, or delete it. Comments are grouped by channel, so you can work through one account at a time.

Published posts

The Published Posts grid shows your published Instagram posts, sorted newest first (switch to Oldest first if you prefer). Open a post to view it alongside its comments and reply from there.
