What plans does PostNext offer?

PostNext offers five plans: Free, Basic, Pro, Teams, and Business. Each paid plan is available on a monthly or yearly billing cycle.

How do the plans differ?

Plans differ in the number of channels you can connect, monthly AI credits, posts per month, and storage. For the full breakdown, see Managing your plan and limits.

What are AI credits?

AI credits are a monthly allowance consumed whenever you use AI content generation. They reset at the start of each billing cycle. The number of credits varies by plan; the Free plan includes no AI credits. Learn more in AI Content.

What counts as a post?

A published post counts toward your monthly post limit. Drafts do not count until they are published.

How does the Teams plan work?

The Teams plan allocates channels, AI credits, and posts per month to each user on the team. It requires a minimum of 3 users.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your billing settings.
