Managing Your Plan and Limits
Managing Your Plan and Limits
PostNext offers several plans to match different publishing needs. Each plan defines how many channels you can connect, how many posts you can schedule per month, and how many AI credits are available for content generation.
The PostNext sidebar always shows your current usage against your plan, including channels connected, storage used, and AI credits remaining, with a date for when credits reset.
Plan comparison
| Plan | Channels | AI credits/mo | Posts/mo | Storage | Integrations |

Yearly variants are available for every plan at a reduced rate.
What counts against each limit
- Channels - Each connected social account counts as one channel. Disconnecting an account frees up that slot.
- AI credits - Credits are consumed when you use AI to generate or rewrite content. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.
- Posts - A post counts toward your monthly limit when it is published or scheduled for publishing. Drafts do not count.
- Integrations - Third-party connections such as WordPress count as integrations. Paid plans include integration slots: Basic and Pro each include one WordPress connection for topic generation only. AI blog content generation and blog plans are available on the Teams and Business plans.
Free plan
The Free plan does not include any monthly posts (its post limit is 0). It lets you connect a channel and explore PostNext; upgrade to a paid plan to publish and schedule.
Teams plan
The Teams plan is designed for collaborative accounts. Channels, AI credits, and post limits apply per user, so a 3-user team on Teams gets 15 channels, 150 AI credits per month, and 3,000 posts per month in total. Teams requires a minimum of 3 users.
Content and blog plan limits
Content plans are available per channel: 5 per channel on Basic, Pro, and Teams, and 10 per channel on Business. Blog plans are available on the Teams and Business plans (3 per user on Teams, 10 on Business).
Upgrading
You can upgrade your plan at any time from your billing settings. Yearly variants are available for every plan and reduce the effective monthly cost. To compare plan features and pricing before upgrading, see PostNext pricing or the pricing FAQs.
