Managing Your Plan and Limits
PostNext offers several plans to match different publishing needs. Each plan defines how many channels you can connect, how many posts you can schedule per month, and how many AI credits are available for content generation.
You can check your current usage against your plan at any time, including channels connected, storage used, and AI credits remaining, under Usage Details in your Account Settings.

Yearly variants are available for every plan at a reduced rate.
What counts against each limit
- Channels - Each connected social account counts as one channel. Disconnecting an account frees up that slot.
- AI credits - Credits are consumed when you use AI to generate or rewrite content. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month. Paid plans also apply a daily cap to spread usage across the month: 20 credits per day on Premium, 30 per user on Teams, and 50 on Business.
- Posts - On the Free plan, a post counts toward your monthly limit when it is published or scheduled for publishing. Drafts do not count. Paid plans include unlimited scheduled posts under the fair use policy on the pricing page.
- Integrations - Third-party connections such as WordPress count as integrations. Paid plans include integration slots: Premium includes one WordPress connection for topic generation only. AI blog content generation and blog plans are available on the Teams and Business plans.
Free plan
The Free plan includes 1 channel, 10 posts per month, 10 AI credits per month, and 1 mini site. It is enough to connect a channel and publish a steady trickle of posts; upgrade to a paid plan for more channels, unlimited scheduled posts, and more AI credits.
Teams plan
The Teams plan is designed for collaborative accounts. Channels, AI credits, and storage apply per user, so a 5-user team on Teams gets 25 channels and 250 AI credits per month in total. Teams requires a minimum of 5 users.
Content and blog plan limits
Content plans are available per channel: 5 per channel on Premium and Teams, and 10 per channel on Business. Blog plans are available on the Teams and Business plans (3 per user on Teams, 10 on Business).
Upgrading
